# Receive transfers

> Choose who can send USDC to your Telegram handle.

Open **/settings → Receive transfers** to decide who may send you USDC by entering your Telegram handle in Cove. The initial policy is **On · Everyone**. Transfers arrive in your **primary wallet**.

| Choice | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Off** | Nobody can send USDC to your handle through this feature |
| **Everyone** | Any Cove user can send USDC to your handle |
| **Allow-list only** | Only the Cove users you add by Telegram handle can send |

For an allow-list, tap **Add handle**, enter a Telegram username such as **@alice**, and check the updated list. The person must already have started Cove. Tap **Remove @handle** to revoke that sender. An empty allow-list permits no one. The policy belongs to your whole account, not just the active profile.

This controls **receiving by Telegram handle**. It does not change your wallet address, stop blockchain deposits to that address, or move funds already received. To send USDC to another Cove user, see [Transfer, disperse, and collect](/features/transfers.md).
