Open a direct, private support ticket with the Cove engineering team if you encounter an execution bug or account synchronization issue.
- Select Create Ticket from the Support portal.
- Choose the specific category of your issue (e.g., Transactions, Deposit, Import).

- Cove opens a secure chat channel. Describe your issue in detail. Add any relevant transaction hashes.

- Cove generates your ticket ID.
