Portal Management

Open a direct, private support ticket with the Cove engineering team if you encounter an execution bug or account synchronization issue.
  1. Select Create Ticket from the Support portal.
  2. Choose the specific category of your issue (e.g., Transactions, Deposit, Import).

  3. Cove opens a secure chat channel. Describe your issue in detail. Add any relevant transaction hashes.
